TJML Neural Networks Problem Set Instructions & Information

1. Print out the problem set. If you run out of room for an answer, staple your scratch paper to the worksheet.
2. The problem set is due next Wednesday, 10/25/17, at the start of 8A. If you can't sign up or aren't signed up, find an officer and turn it in to them.
3. The pset has a total of 40 points, but will be weighted x2.5 (100 points) in our rankings.
4. The pset shouldn't take longer than a standard competition to complete (~1hr)
